3/4 not 1/2

Been trying to only eat 3/4 of what I normally eat or else I will end up eating nothing..... Exercises have been easy and its been good to get back into skipping. I have been doing the exercise plan on top of my own work out  - If I just stuck with the original schedule, ill prob end up getting FAT! :( ....

I really want burger king though... since this is probabaly my last week to have one ...... :)

  1. The exercises start off relatively easy, but soon get more challenging. You also have to ensure that you're not making them too easy by 'backing out of the pain', as it were. With the resistance work, go head first into the pain! Easier said than done, that :-) In the weeks to come, you'll probably find the PCP exercises are much more intense, and you'll be able to drop your own workout - or indeed, carry it on if you can!
