My Bday

ooppsy.. havent posted in a while.. here are the updates

Workout is back on track and body getting back on track... after I screwed it up doing the stupid mountain hike. Mountain of death.

Now the workout is taking a super long time to get done. Way longer than 1 hr. Am I doing something wrong.

I can see my @ss and the back of my thighs getting toner, which is great but I think my arms are too big.. wwahh, nothing I can do about it I guess. My trainer told me to work more on my lats so maybe it will get ride of my chicken wings under my arms since I do have triceps.

Was my bday a few days ago... so I had A MASSIVE JAPANESE TEPPENYAKI meal... ops... well the only bad thing i had was carbs for dinner.

I am finding it hard to cut out carbs for dinner. Sometime i sneak in a small piece of low GI toast :(

I am finally feeling a little bit better about the fact that everyone else in my program has lost WAY more weight than me... and I havent  changed. I guess I didnt have that much more to lose, but I did need to tone up more.

Been trying to add diary in as my nails are being to break, so I have been eating a little bit of yoghurt per day. I wonder what this will do to my body and how it will affect my body. I hope not much as it is considered healthy to eat some low fat or fat free yoghurt.

My bday party is this weekend. Gonna get really drunk!!! woohoo... Sorry Pcpers.. no one is gonna convince me otherwise!

plus one and bloated

i am so sad.......... due to my last week and a half performance, more like, lack of..... im up one kg and very bloated.

I was sick last week so didnt work out for 3 days and then we went to climb kt kinabalu , a 3 days trip.... where i ate carbs, power bars, chocolate, sugar, energy drinks, electolyte tablets , alot of carbs and the list goes on.... needed energy to climb the bloody mountain of death.... DO NOT EVER DO IT.... esp with out any training or the correct gear, you will die...

then for the past 3 days, i havetn been able to do skipping so no cardio for me ...... as my legs were SO sore, i can barely walk...

i just feel like my last 45 days as gone to waste and it only took about one week to ruin the whole thing ..... i feel like i am getting fatter. wwahhh...

today i worked out, tried to do 2 days work of exercises. did the skipping. legs are still a bit sore but pushed on through...

i am beginning to think the work out is not enough for me and that i need to add back in my spinning, yoga, pilates, muay thai etc... but to do everything, its pretty time consuming when you have a full time job.

how long does it take to get back to wehre i was... one kg down and not bloated... after falling off the program for a week...

it is really amazing to see the difference and what happens to your body when you dont do sht for a week and eat shit

i know i owe a photo but i dont want to do one until i am back to where i was a week and a half ago....

Off to climb Mt Kinabalu today

I have been sick for the past week :( .... pretty much did 3 days out of the whole 7 day work out... Yesterday's session was alright... took me a while to skip as i cant breathe... I feel like i am going backwards as I havent been working out... BUT at least my meds make me not hungry ...

When we cant work out for some reason, shall we just not eat as much?

Off to climb Mt Kinabalu the weekend with Mark. Obviously we cant do PCP on the mountain... we have to eat energy bars etc... This should be an interesting experience ... Let hope I make it back in once piece.

I can definately see results... Seeing less fat on my body, esp lower half. But for some reason i think my arms got smaller, from not working out for 5 days... is that possible?

I know i havent had pics in a while. Will take one tomorrow morning when I am getting ready for the climb.

SO SO ILL!!

I have been quit sick so havent been able to work out for the past 3 days... WHAT DO I DO??? will turn into a fatty... I know we should have any excuses for not doing our workout, so I tried it yesterday... did 500 skips and thought I was gonna have an asthma attack..... so then i did some of the band exercises and abs... tried by best but couldnt really breathe... gonna try again today and see how i go... What are we suppose to do when we get sick?

Also, I am climbing Mt Kinabalu with Mark this weekend... we wont be able to keep to our diet as we need energy food like chocolate and nuts and energy bars..... I think that might be okay since we are climbing for a total of 10 hrs???

Results....

im ill.... so not much to report on.

seeing my ass getting smaller as it is getting toner.... less fat - WHICH IS GREAT

ave around less thant 53kg.... around 52.5 ... still have a few more kgs to lose

i am definately seeing myself tone up all over my body

HALF WAY DONE WOOHOO... but i think i am going to try and carry this through for the rest of my life.

Work outs are getting harder, esp the ab exercises - bicycle.... ... which is great


not that much to report. i can see myself building muscles adnd getting stronger. I dont think i am getting toner as it looks like i am buildling muscle under my fat :( i def still have more fat to get rid of.......

1 Mnth almost done!

Almost finishing 1 month of the program... woohoo... I am begining to see results. When I skip, i can see more definition in my arm muscles... I wonder what i will see at the end of 60 days.... I am excited to find out.

Weight have been averaging around 53kg... 4 more kg to go!

Exercises are getting harder and I am getting more tired afterwards.. which is great. Have been cutting out a bit of my own work out *spinning, body pump, body combat etc* as I just dont have the energy to do all of it together. I would still like to increase my cardio so I can burn more fat....

Food diet going okay.. kinda getting sick of eating broccoli etc but my maid is getting more and more creative which is good. I am so glad I dont have to do the milk, egg whites, and bananas diet part for dinner, like everyone else.... i think i would quit. milk. gross! My dinner diet is already hard enough as I still crave carbs... why is that??? I dont crave carbs during the day but for dinner... i want it so badly. Maybe its just a mental thing.

I havent been craving any potato chips, which is good..... the other night we were out for dinner with friends and I found the food in the restaurant REALLY SALTY.. i use to LOVE salt on everything but i think PCP has really made me aware of how much salt is already in food.... now things are too salty for me... whereas things use to be not salty enough! - I like this results.. as it will make me less water bloated which is an issue i have been battling for a long time.

Off to beijing for work tomorrow.... let see how i am gonna handle my diet while eating gross chinese food with local govt officials. mmmmmm jelly fish, here i come. not!

the green hulk

A few things have been going on in the past week...
1) my carb portion for dinner has been cut out... is this a punishment?? but im glad it has been as i know it will be better for my weight lost. it is strange that i dont really crave carbs during the day but for dinner i crave it.... this will be a good experience to force myself to appreciate getting carbs for lunch as i aint gonna get none for dins. My vege portions have increased too..... soon i will probably become a vegeterian... and my poop will be green too!

2) a few people have mentioned to me that they have noticed that my shoulders have gotten bigger and my arms too... aahhhhhh....... im freaking out.... you use to be able to see my bones a little on my shoulder and chest... but now its gone... does that mean i have gained weight??? *Cry*

3) i feel as thought i still have a layer of fat on top of my muscles :( ... maybe this no carbs for dinner will help cut that out.

4) new exercises have been great... skipping is getting harder... the new abs and leg work outs are great... use to do them a long time ago.. great to have then back in my work out.... will definately build new muscles.... my abs were sore today!!! havent felt like that for a while.

5) i have fresh chilli con cone today.... so proud of myself... but made it so spicy i can barely eat it... really enjoying thinking of ideas to cook fresh and healthy food.

6) went out with the girls on sat.... ate at bacar and had some chicken in a type of cream sauce as that was all they had. i only had 2 little piece and my stomach for the rest of the night and the next day was funny... and so uncomfortable. its great to see that when you dont eat healthy fresh food prepared at home, your stomach gets funny....

my end goals are still not there yet. i would like to have smaller arms and be 50kg... still at 53kg. hopefully i will see these results in another 30 days.... esp with no carbs at night.

Day 18 - No carbs in evenings :( but makes my stomach less bloated :)

So far I've gaind 2 kgs and saw my rents this weekend and my mom told me my legs are massive... i guess these squats and lunges are working ot build my leg muscles :/ ... not exactly the result im looking for... thunder thighs but I know I need them for PCP to burn fat and increase my metabolism..... Ive promised Patrick I would stick to this for longer... to see the results as I have been freaking out about the amount of food etc.

Exercises have been good.. Not too difficult. the hardest part is the pull ups I guess and trying to skip non stop... besides the other exercises and reps havent been hard for me since I train so much with my trainer and do that alot anyways.

I have decided to cut down my spinning to just once a week...... instead of three... maybe that will make my legs smaller. :( ......

I must confused I have been a lil naughty while on vaca or away, not 100% sticking to the food diet ..... in terms of portions of veges carbs and protein for some meals. BUT I have not touched juices, sugar, and salt, esp when Ive had my cravings.... Its hard to control salt cravings when you have pms and female. ugh!

concerns....

I am a bit concerned that this program with make me really ripped... which isnt what I want. I dont want to look big... I was going through some of the pictures of past PCP women and some of them look really ripped... which is too muscular for me!

I just want to be leaner and actually end up smaller.

Also, I am a bit concerned that this is too much food for me to eat.... I use to eat small meals a day and 6 times a day... but these of these meals are much more than what I can handle. For example, the other day for lunch, I had a salad... and i couldnt force myself to eat the amount that was required of me... I felt so sick afterwards that I wanted to throw up, as I was so full...... Maybe I need to find other forms of veges which are dense so I can just eat less.....

I also feel like I am getting bigger. ugh!!! Its only been 2 weeks, your not suppose to see a different right? When do you start seeing results, after 2 months?

No more feeling so painfully full!

I am actually really starting to like eating my restricted portion diet. It great to feel not so painfully full after a meal...

Although its been a little difficult on our holiday and its sad that we cant indulge but we have been coping. Heading back to HK today, so the real restrictions will begin when Mark and I can start weighing our meals. This should be interesting to see if our guess-a-mates have been correct! :/

Work outs have been good. Its great to know that skipping ropes perfect for holidays esp if you hate running while working out on your holidays. I have been trying to get into running for the longest time but now I can just skip instead.

I feel like I need to find a diary/ milk substitute in the morning... since I dont eat diary.... have just been skipping that part of the diet. Not sure if thats okay or not.

Also weighed myself this morning... I am down 2kg... but I dont know what that is about. It is probably just water weight. I use to get ver bloated as I LOVE SALTY food... but now since I have been on this diet and drinking ALOT of water, it has helped me eliminate excess water, I THINK..... there is no way I lost 2kg in a week and a half. So my normal weight is 53-54kg (this morning was 51kg) ... I have gained about 5kg since working in my industry.... lets see where this program takes me.

Also I would like to be more toned on my butt! that is my most concerned area :( .... Excited to see my results in 3 months time. I will be posting my pictures up tomorrow when I am back in HK. Happy Easter everyone!

My Easter Vacation is RUINED!!

In Boracay for Easter.... and my vacation is ruined by our diet restrictions :(

I am so sad I cant indulge in the best breakfast buffet in the WORLD - @ the shangri la.

Today we got the hotel kitchen to weigh our lunch...  I am pretty sure they think we are freaks. But, at least they did it for us - Great Service!

The diet plan doesn't look difficult. It is actually a lot of food. But it's just hard when you are on vacation and its the only vacation I am going to have for a long long time!

Also really sad that I CANT drink juice! BUT.... I did commit to this so going to keep at it...

failing.....

I am find it really really difficult to eat half! when it comes to good meals. I just finished ALL of my dinner but it was healthy...

Lastnight, I ate the same amount as usual... just hard to eat hard when you eat at a very expensive restaurant and it is your favourite dishes too!

I think the only way around this is to make my own meals and just make half the amount?

My excuse is that I working out double - My usual work out of weights, body combat, spinning, muay thai (for 45 mins to an hr) AND our assigned work out....

My usual meals consists of :

Breakfast - egg white omlete or just fruit salad or 1 peanut butter on toast
Lunch - 1/2 Salad, or 1 roll of sushi and Miso soup
I snack on fruit or 1 rice cracker in between.... Am I really suppose to cut out half my intake? which would mean 1/4 of a salad, and 4 pieces of sushi... ???

Not too sure what to do but am very glad that this "eat 1/2" week is almost over!

3/4 not 1/2

Been trying to only eat 3/4 of what I normally eat or else I will end up eating nothing..... Exercises have been easy and its been good to get back into skipping. I have been doing the exercise plan on top of my own work out  - If I just stuck with the original schedule, ill prob end up getting FAT! :( ....

I really want burger king though... since this is probabaly my last week to have one ...... :)

This week we have to eat 1/2 the portion of food I normally eat... EKK!!! Much harder though I thought... I tried hard for my 1st 2 meals today, but wasnt too successful.. prob ate 3/4 of my portion.

Off to China tonight.. 1/2 portion there will be easy since food there is pretty RANK!!

Last day for McDs and french fries :(

I'm very excited to start this project ... although today is my last day where I can eat McD's :( Goodbye chicken nuggest and french fries .... I think im gonna get some McD bfast :) Might as well make the most of my hangover!
